I personally try to meditate each morning. To kick start a day of gratidude starts with the habits and actions from when you wake. This meditation helps to put myself in a conscientious state of mind, prepared and thoughtful of being a better person. The act of gratitude meditation has positive effects on the day. Without morning meditation my day would look like a mess and a sense of being out of control. If you feel the same, give medation a go, investing in yourself is more than important.
